So he is the only C.O.P.D. specialist I was told within 50 miles. Ok, but does that give him rights to not having bed side manners; or acting like he literally Hates you? I think not. #StMarysHospital you need to find a nicer specialist; even if he has all the specialty in the world. If he acts like he hates you, you can't be sure he will help you or hurt you; I feel it's a 50/50 chance.
