Took my hamster in today and the staff just absolutely loved him, I was early for my appointment and they got me in and out within twenty minutes! Super friendly staff and very timely, I called and got in same day! Little pricey for an office visit but so worth it!
We can't thank the doctors and staff enough for their care and compassion over the past 6 years. They were there for us when we said goodbye to old kitty friends (Jimmie and Kenny ) and introduced us to our new feral friends (Sophie and Andy).
Being new to the area and checking a few offices out prior to making appts this office was the cleanest, and the staff was super nice. Every time i take my cats they get a thorough exam head to tail. All my questions get answered and concerns are addressed. We have never had to wait very long to be seen.
