RecommendedI'm a nervous pet mom. I have been so pleased with the way the staff has treated not only Molly and Phinn, but me as well. They are patient and kind. They always take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As far as costs, I have paid more at another local vet and was not treated very nicely. I have no problem with their fees because I know my pets, along with me, are genuinely cared for by them. I recommend them highly.
My husband took our dog in yesterday because her ear was bothering her and swollen. The vet we use is closed due to COVID-19 and somewhere else said they wouldn't see her since she's not a patient. Russell diagnosed her with a severe yeast infection in her ear. Thank you for caring for all animals during this stressful time!
Our Family has been a long time Client of Russell vet hospital until 2017 . Vet care is outstanding . Customer service and compassion when it really counts ...... not so much . All I asked for was Ink Paw Print for a tattoo of my beloved Ranger . To this day I have never received it . Fee for Russell Vet Hospital Service $390.00 . Corry Companion Hospital in home service $309.00 . Items I have to remember Ranger , items I have for Smoke .... no comparison ...

My normal vet was on vacation & my cat needed to be looked at ASAP. So I called Russell Vet & they got my cat right in, stitched up & ready to go home by noon. Thank you so much for treating my cat like he has always been a patient here!! Very pleased with my experience & highly recommend!!
They do a great job with all animals and the staff is top notch!
Tucker had surgery there today and was so well taken care of. They treat him so well. They updated me throughout the day because they knew I was so worried. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. They have always treated Tuck & I well.

My parents took our cat and collies here when I was a child. The staff and vet are very understanding and professional. I have family and friends who take their loved ones there now and have nothing but good to say about them! Great place!
