I've been using this dentist for sometime and I have nothing but positive prays... They are professional, considerate and trustworthy... I'd recommend them immediately to anyone...
I only got so far as calling, but perhaps this is a reflection of the entire staff. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly patronizing and rude. He spoke to me as though I was a child who couldn’t possibly understand why I might need to see a dentist for tooth pain. How could I possibly know what might be wrong? It seemed as though not only was I not wanted there, but since they don’t take my insurance for an exam I couldn’t possibly pay out of pocket either. I was not offered that option. Dentist suck a lot but out of every medical professional Ive ever been the patient of, Dr. Dimitri is the best. I'm multiply disabled and came in with a dozenish massive cavities and a broken tooth, so thats saying something. Hes genuinely compassionate and comes across more like a friend than an authority. Patient care and Dentistry are both art forms, and he excels at them
This place is amazing. I've had dental trauma for years, so I was super anxious to visit another dentist. I'd even cry at the thought of going to one. At some point I had two chipped teeth and one tooth in pain. I saw this clinic was closeby and decided to try it out. When I got to this clinic, the students and supervisers were so empathetic and kind. I found out I needed both chipped teeth extracted because one had a large infection. Neither teeth were saveable. I planned to leave a 5 star review after my experience with the clinic as a whole, but since following up this morning with a receptionist I decided to deduct one star from that. I was worried about coming to this place based on the reviews but having experienced the worst dental pain all weekend, I had to try something. I walked in as an emergency on Monday right at 7:30am and I do have dental insurance.
