I planned to leave a 5 star review after my experience with the clinic as a whole, but since following up this morning with a receptionist I decided to deduct one star from that. I was worried about coming to this place based on the reviews but having experienced the worst dental pain all weekend, I had to try something. My mother left 2 voicemals, and no one returned her calls. On the 3rd call, the employee told her they don't have a sliding scale payment. I emailed them and informed them their website listed a sliding scale. I received an email back saying to have my mother come in and file for the sliding scale. When we went in, the 2 employees working the front desk were rude and stated they didn't have a sliding scale. I pointed out the email I received and their website. Is it possible to give a place negative 5 stars? To punish them as they tried to punish me? Indescribably awful. Terrible beyond measure. Laughably absurd at the same time as being manipulative and potentially illegal in how they handle patient care and payment. The American medical system at its absolute most horrendous. The front desk staff made the experience what it was today. Manipulative bureaucrats who felt more like automatons than humans.
