RecommendedActually a fun experience at a car wash. Friendly people looking like they’re having a great time. And the wash was great.
They are terrible the guy signed me up for a 30 day pass and told me I wouldn’t be charged next month and guess what I was charged and when I called them to have them reverse the charges. They were the most rude people I know. The manager said his shift was over and he couldn’t help me. When I demanded he wait I am the customer and stated he has my receipt signed that stated I was signing for a monthly charge. Love this place in Norwalk!Everything a person needs to clean a car at a low price. There staff is always willing to help and super friendly. Well worth getting the speed pass membership.
Dangerous, Irresponsible, Offensive. My first time at Russell's Speed Wash in Manchester, CT was a nightmare. While entering the washing area, the staff's greeting was aggressively shouted at me, "if you can't see where to drive in to, you shouldn't be driving!!!!! ". Another attendant continued the harassment, screaming for me to back up. If I had initially and professionally received instructions BEFORE, on how the drive in carwash works, this could of been avoided. very weird company that discriminates against minority candidates. The website is also out of date (Copyright © Russell Speeder's Car Wash 2015) and needs work.
I go to one of three locations usually in CT. Norwalk, Fairfield, or Shelton. I’ve never had a bad experience at Norwalk or Shelton ever. I’m also a speed pass member. Today I went to Fairfield...sped through the wash as usual...came out and attempted to use the vacuum. I was stopped immediately by an employee. He said vacuum is for full service only. I said I’m a speed pass member...he said doesn’t count. I said well can I offer $2-3 to use the vacuum...he said NO! I literally went to the car wash and couldn’t clean the ins... read more
i do not recommend russell speeders.
One on saddle creek is the best by far. Can’t see anything after that “pre spray” at the one on dodge
