If I could give this place a 0 I would. I haven't been to a car wash like this in awhile where you drive through yourself and leave the car in neutral. The other times I have, at least the attendant gave me instructions beforehand. At this place the soap was sprayed on before I got close enough to see the sign through the windshield that said to be in neutral. The attendant started banging on my window screaming at me in obvious anger "neutral, neutral!" I didn't even feel safe there! Never going back!
