Backburner service at its best/worst. Never answer phones. When given number or email for updates or quotes, they won't call you or email you. Talk the talk but no walk the walk. Once you get them, keep them on until they serve you. Otherwise, they will move on to talk the talk with someone else. 🤦♂️
Made me stand in the lobby waiting only to be told they can’t sell me the part I already had on the counter waste of time
Never answers the phone. I tested this out by calling and walking into the store while on hold. There are no customers at the front desk, and still no one answers.
Typical Sigler, Just as bad as US Air Conditioning. I only go to these supply houses because I have to for factory parts. They really need training in customer service.
