I first saw Dr Russell for a physical in June of 2021, it was a very good experience, he listened and staff were pleasant. I returned in Jan of 2023 for a second annual physical with Dr Russell and had a completely different experience. Firstly, the waiting room was busting at the seams with patients. Scott Russell is a very calm caring person. He’s helped me feel a lot better when I’m feeling pretty blah weak and tired. He seems to care about my mental state. It’s just nice going and knowing to a Dr that helps. There’s been times I’ve been pretty down and weak. He suggested to try this or that. A week or two later I was back to feeling normal. Dr. Russell has been the best Doctor I have ever had. I’m a nurse and his quality of care is superior. The sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. Takes time to listen to his patients.
