They all did the work expected from them during my appointment, accept that the supplies that were needed to properly rewrap my foot were not available and it had to be rewraped when I got home.
Great customer service and doctor/patient in- teraction.
Everyone, the receptionists, the nurses, the Doctors (particularly Dr Russ Grimes), has always been nothing but kind, helpful, caring and supportive.
Talk about a place that really cares about you. The staff was so friendly to me after I had hopped in on one foot and fell because I lost my balance because I cant put any pressure on my other foot. They helped me up. Dr Grimes is just an amazing person. I am so grateful for their staff. Just a place to feel good and know you’re being treated good.
