Great collaborative team. Specifically calling out Ambrosia Austin and Kirk Russell for their exceptional service. I had several challenges being over ambitious attempting to buy beautiful but problem homes. They helped my thought the challenges and where a honest brokers of the issues that we ultimately walked away from. Kirk and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our condo sold at market value. Kirk brought in a team of contractors to replace the flooring, paint the interior, add some new lights, and stage the condo. It looked like a new place. It was an incredible transformation and we got a full price offer in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Kirk and his team for any real estate matters.
