Kirk and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our condo sold at market value. Kirk brought in a team of contractors to replace the flooring, paint the interior, add some new lights, and stage the condo. It looked like a new place. It was an incredible transformation and we got a full price offer in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Kirk and his team for any real estate matters.
