We had to have our water heater replaced today. I called Monday late afternoon and 24 hours later we have hot water. Our installer, Gavin was prompt, very knowledgeable and had to work in some unfavourable conditions. But he completed the task and we couldn't be more satisfied. You won't be disappointed with Russell's.
