My partner and I have lived here for 3+ years and our experience has been great! WPM is responsive and the property manager Scott is phenomenal. Extremely responsive to any maintenance request and always communicates on how long a repair may take, or if they need to order parts. He does a great job maintaining the property and is always super kind. We just renewed for another year and would definitely recommend!
I have loved living at Russell Park Apartments! The property manager, Scott, is very responsive and knows the residents. This place has been by far the best apartment community and experience I’ve had. I have lived here for about 1 year now and just re-signed for another year.
I've lived here a while and finally had to move. Walls Property management who runs this building has changed over the years and I'm extremely unhappy with how things are run. If you rent from Walls Property Management, plan on getting a rent increase every year that's higher than reasonable. The maintenance people and handymen have all come and gone or are fired, no one lasts working for them.
