Our carpets were cleaned on 8/25/2026. That evening my wife and I noticed that there were waves in two of the carpets that were cleaned. I called Russell Martin the next day and was told that this occasionally happen due to humidity and that I should wait a couple of days to see if the waves disappear, and that if they did not, they could have one of their installers stretch the carpets. It had been a long time since we had our rugs cleaned- embarrassed to say how long- it just got away from me, but yesterday Kai from Russell-Martin came to the rescue! My beige carpets had stains I never thought could be removed but Kai made them look like new! He is also the sweetest kindest person you’ll ever meet! Chris did a wonderful job cleaning the carpeting on our stairs. He also cleaned our 5 seat sectional sofa, 3 seat sofa, & 3 chairs. We are very happy with his work & would recommend his services.
