Just had my first experience with Russell Martin and am very impressed. More importantly, my wife is thrilled to have the rug back beautifully clean for a very reasonable price! I recently had my carpet replaced in my home - 5 rooms including the hall and stairs. To me, it seemed to be a huge task, but to Russell Martin it was flawless. They were kind enough to take their time and work with me on my choices. The installers were 100% great. They were so careful when in my home moving the furniture back-and-forth. We had a Persian rug cleaned and appreciated the great job they did . We also liked the quick turnaround time.
Vince cleaned my carpets (living & dining rooms & stairs) in October. He did a remarkable job, worked intensely, and produced great results. I was very impressed with his professional attitude, all the while being friendly and engaging. Quite a workhorse for sure!
