I contacted Russell to have my roof replaced as it was leaking. He did several personalized inspections before we moved forward with the replacement which was helpful as some other companies simply just told us we needed a replacement without inspecting the home. There were some hiccups with the new roofing materials that he handled to make sure the job was completed within the day. Overall, we are happy everything was fixed.
Russ was great to work with. He did our roof after storm damage. He dealt with the insurance company for the most part and was helpful with questions and concerns. Job was done quickly and his workers were considerate and careful as to not damage my flower beds.
Russel smith came when he said he would come. Went to bat for me with my insurance company. Stayed on site throughout the roofing and siding process. Very professional I recommend him highly!
Russ and his team replaced our roof in 2023. Excellent, top-quality work done on-time and on-budget. And Russ is very communicative throughout the process... a huge plus in our book :-) My wife and I can recommend this gentleman without hesitation! We're in the process of having him come back and do more work for us.
I only have nothing but the utmost respect for Russ. He is the most pleasant, kind, prompt, and knowledgeable contractor I know. We had issues with our roof, sliding, and bay windows. Russ discovered we had a hole in our roof, our bay windows trim had rotten, and sliding was warped. Not only did he explain the issues in detail, but he did an amazing job fixing these issues.
