I called these guys for a second opinion when the first plumber couldnt find a water leak we had. These guys came out and found it in 20 min. They took care of the problem and were very professional. They will be first on my list next time I need a plumber. I highly recommend calling Rob with any issues you have. His team can have you fixed up in no time!

If your water heater breaks down on a weekend….and water is all over the house….and the only company that’s open is Russell and LeMay….you get up… turn off the water meter, go to a hotel room and wait until Monday morning when other plumbing companies are open…YOU STILL COME OUT CHEAPER THAN CALLING THIS COMPANY!!!
Worst customer service I have ever had. They did not show up the day they were scheduled and did not even call. I spent all weekend trying to call them and never got an answer until the next week. I paid my bill on the phone and received a bill two months later for something they left off the initial bill. I didn’t mine paying of course but I had to call 7 times to find out what it was for and no one would call me back. The new guys running the plumbing side of things over there really take care of you like family. I’ll call them every single time from here on out.
I was scheduled for an 0830 appointment and noone called or showed for it. I called the office twice and was put on hold for 10 minutes one time and sent to voice mail the second time. I will never do business with this company!
We discovered the leak under the sink on Good Friday. I called another pluming company first, but the were booked. When I called Russell & LeMay the sweet lady in service wasn't sure if they could fit me in but told me they would do their best. Mr LeMay called me back within 10 minutes saying they would fit me in. Within two hours the leak was fixed. Everyone I dealt with that day were the sweetest people you could ask for.
