After a devastating waste of time with another provider I was referred to Dr. Russell Lam and I was literally brought to tears while in the office because I felt safe and heard. On the exam room wall is a plaque that says Most Compassionate Doctor. I agree! Took me 4 calls just to book an appointment. Left the office after waiting an hour with no sight of the physician or explanation why the doctor was so late.
I am very disappointed in the level of service I received with Dr. Lam and Vascular surgeons. His office staff, especially the office manager (Angie), is rude, unorganized, and unresponsive. As a result, it takes months to get a callback, and you never get scheduled for your surgery. Proceed with extreme caution with this group because they do not have it together.
They are a fantastic group of people. Dr.Lam is terrific. Very confident and happy with the care I got there. Highly recommend them to anyone.
