I met the Russell Organization in 1992. I've been treated better than a person has the right to. They've always been there with answers, kept our team safe as well as fast. I'll always be a loyal customer, as they have been loyal to me as a shop. I never worry being over billed. I've never been told "Oh you should have this". Don't deal with this company! They had a contract to provide spec tires for QMA and failed miserably. Halfway through contract they changed to softer compound on tires, making all previously purchased tires worthless. Then after buying new tires a second time, they run out of tires creating tire shortages and eventually failing to deliver anymore tires resulting with QMA having to change tire brands and voiding contract with Russel Karting.
