My husband and I take our two boys to see doctor Horton and he is amazing! I feel like he cares about my babies as much as I do. Dr. Horton isn't scared of getting a second opinion and it saved my son from having to be put under a twilight sleep to check his hearing. This made me so happy! My son's last pediatrician was against a second opinion and even made me feel bad for questioning to get one. So thank you Dr. Horton! He takes his time, listens and We never feel rushed. I recommend everyone to take your babies/kids to go... read more

He's been seeing our daughters for many years. He doesnt rush & takes the time to speak with them & answers all of our questions & concerns. If we need a referral, it's done pretty quickly (usually within a week or so). His assistants are always so nice & professional too!

He does very well with my 10 year old who has ADHD and SID. He also does great with my 6 month old who was born preterm and spent a month in NICU. Our family loves him.

Dr. Horton (IMO) is not open minded. You can tell he judges and look a down on the parents that aren't parenting their children "correct" in his eyes. I took my daughter to her 1 yr check up and he asked me if she was still on formula. I said no she's exclusively breast fed and he said well she needs to stop and drink REAL milk and eat REAL food. I told him she is thank you. He shut up. Then he didn't like that resfused certain vaccines. Doesnt listen, seems not to like kids,

He's a fine Doctor. Period. My son has add and we needed a prescription refill. We told him we had Vyvance and it was $300 a bottle! I told him we couldn't do that and I needed the generic. Shouldn't the doctor take into consideration your insurance while writing a prescription? Took me a half hour to get to the pharmacy just to get there and they said there is NO generic for the meds. !!! I get that drs are busy but we just had a big ol conversation about needing generic. He should've checked.

I do not recommend Dr Horton. The center manager is a liar.

I like Dr. Horton at first but once I decided that I was not going to fully vaccinate my son, his whole demeanor changed. I could tell that he was judging me based off of my deciaions. Also after bringing my son to him for 5 months, I saw him outside of his practice and he had no idea who we were. I don't think he enjoys kids, so pediatrics is probably not the best area for him.
