Just switched over to Dr. Russell and love his office. I have had 2 different hygienists and both have been fabulous. Dr Russell is conservative with his approach and won't sell you on dental work you don't need!! My last dentist said I had 6 cavities. Dr Russell took a look and said that these 'cavities' the other dentist identified were 'sticky' spots on my teeth, but 5 of them hadn't formed into true cavities and that filling them would only result in me spending money for something that wasn't necessary. I called for a new patient appointment on Monday morning explaining that I wanted a second opinion because a tooth was sensitive to both hot and cold, causing pain, and I may need a root canal. I was immediately scheduled. I had been going to another dentist in Houston and I wanted to change because I had lost confidence in their diagnosis. Best Dentist I have ever been to. They are Honest, Nice, and are very well organized.
The staff at Russell Family Dentistry lives up to their name - they treat you like you were a member of their own family (and not the black sheep kind!). They are always professional and courteous while still treating you with warmth and compassion. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
I NEVER liked going to the dentist, but than I found Dr Russell and his staff. Couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff. They definitely make you feel comfortable.
