Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I had a large filling fall out. My dentist, who I have had for many years, was unable to fit me into his schedule for a week. I called Dr. Russell and she fit me in the next day. She quickly and painlessly put a temporary filling on my tooth....no more big hole in my mouth. Shortly therafter, we did a permanent filling, no pain, everything went very well. I would recommend Dr. Russell to everyone. She goes out of her way to make herself available to her patients.
