They don't follow a code of ethics. They lie on their "diagnostic" to write whatever your employer require to get you fired for legal protection. Do not request any services from this crooks. If your employer requires you to visit this doctor DO NOT ATTEND! Especially The City Of Tulsa as Berry's request. They just going to lie in their report to get you fired for fake "medical reasons!" Dr. Pella's assistant, who administered the exam, was fine. Helpful, easy to work with and respectful. The exam took 5+ hours and went well. My interview with Dr. Pella was awful. The interview was 30 minutes +. His manner was condescending, as though it was a massive bother to even be speaking with me. He did not smile even once during the entire interview.
