Exceptional chimney sweep service that I would highly recommend to friends and family. They exceeded all our expectations.
I have used them numerous of times to clean my chimney. They are always on time, very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest.
I rarely review a company but I feel this is necessary. Last summer they gave me an estimate to do some work on my chimney, and I got back to them telling them I was interested. At that point they ghosted me giving me no reason. So this summer I reconnected with them and I was told they would look it over the quote again( I mentioned I was fine if they needed to update the quote) and get back to me, and again I got ghosted. Russell Chimney Service came to me as a recommendation from my realtor. I had 2 wood stove inserts that hadn’t been used since I bought my house in 2019. I wasn’t sure if they were safe and also knew the exterior of the chimney needed some repair. I had them come out to bid the work. Placed order in April 0f 2022, still no one has showed up to do the project. I have called monthly to see what is happening. Looks like they have over sold their services.
