The service was top tier, Chris made the visit very nice for me...
Can’t put the oil change sticker on straight. Didn’t give me my requested inspection sheet pretty sure my washer fluid reservoir was cracked during service. No proper after hours drop paper or pen
I was stuck in waiting room in those severely uncomfortable chairs with a friend whom is pregnant. The person who took care of me went to lunch and no one told the other personnel that my car was done, just put the keys on the desk. We sat there for 2 hours waiting. My back has been messed up ever since Thursday when I was there and it is Tuesday evening and my back still hurts. Was unable to put on my own socks until today.
I have bought cars from and used the service department at Russell for over 25 years. The service department is what keeps me a Russell customer.
