Called to see if they had a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited that I could see and sit in and by the time I got there Steve Stamey had one parked right by the door for me to check out. Not only that but there was rain in the forecast so he had pulled it under the overhang so I wouldn't get wet. Now that is service!! And I hadn't even given him my name so I decided on the spot to lease one from them instead of my hometown dealership in Alabama.
I found a F-350 I liked on the site, drove up from Florida to take a look at it and a little vacation. Steve Stamey was very welcoming and easy to deal with. He made sure he explained all the options on the truck well. After deciding to purchase the truck, Steve went beyond his job as a salesman to make sure the truck was delivered to me. I would highly recommend Russell Barnett Ford if your considering a new vehicle. I will definitely be looking here again when it comes time for another truck.
We had a great experience buying our daughter her 2014 Mustang yesterday. I do not appreciate another salesman calling and getting upset because we didn’t wait for him today.
