I have taken my truck to their service department twice and I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of service, the courtesy, and the professionalism. Today I took my truck to get a TPMS sensor changed because I thought it was bad. It turned out the sensors were reading the wrong wheels and I had a nail in another tire. They took great care of me and let’s just say it cost WAY less than expected. I’ll be back.

The service department is extremely slow. I waited for 3 hours to get an oil change and filter replaced. Also I was recently test driving used vehicles on the car lot and while they were looking at my car to give me a trade in value, the car salesman rifled through my car to get my current car registration out of the glove compartment without my permission to get my personal information instead of asking me personally for it.
