Had them come out Jan. 16th, 2023 to clean windows. They broke two pins on a screen and didn't say a word. The next day I saw the screen flapping in the breeze, so I called them. They came right out and took the screen in for a repair. On Feb. 23rd, I called to inquire and was told a manager would return my call. NO CALL. Called last Thursday and premised we wanted holiday lights before Thanksgiving. She said very doable. I hope the conversation was recorded. They required an on-site inspection and proposal. Guy called and said he couldn't make it Monday but we met him on Tuesday. My husband spent time walking him through 8 40' trees. We also worked on another proposal from another vendor. Still the best window cleaners ever!! use RW every year ...Mike & Jason did an awesome job .. cleaned inside & outside windows ...very polite & efficient!!

I've used Russel Williams to clean my windows every spring and fall for four years. And each spring they also power wash my expansive second floor deck. My windows always sparkle when they're finished and the deck always spruces up nicely after a winter of deep snow and wind. The young workers are the best.....yesterday my workers were Kyle, Jake and Will.....polite, thoughtful and efficient. I will continue to recommend Russel Williams to my friends. I would give Russel Williams a top rating....5 star plus!
