The parking lot across the street is under video surveillance and is watched by a tow company who treated me like a criminal.If they have been hired by the Russel Erskine Apartments, shame on you. I am working on forcing them to place video surveillance signs on each parking space they watch and tow from. Their fee for parking for less than fifteen minutes was \$150 in CASH, and harassment which took forty five minutes in their suspicious looking offices nearby. They do no work for their money.
