Awesome company! They manage all of our needs with rental properties. In the early spring, they helped with bat removal from a rental property. These guys are awesome. We have used them for many years! I highly recommend them for any needs
An appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am for an evaluation of wasps that appeared to be coming in our house from the chimney. At 9:10 they called to get my rendition of the problem. I was told it would be a waste of their time and my money for them to come out and treat or look for the problem. The gentleman was rude on the phone with me and made it clear he did not want to come out for service. This company has poor customer service and punctuality.
Excellent people to deal with- they are very quick to come over and provide awesome treatment against any kind of pest. I met with Peter yesterday and he was very knowledgable about what he was dealing with as well. I highly recommend Russ Pest Control!
Excellent customer service! I contacted Russ yesterday afternoon about a pest concern, and they called back and came out to do a thorough inspection this morning, with not just one, but two technicians. Peter and James were friendly, knowledgable, and truly showed concern about my situation. I am so very thankful that I called Russ!
