Rip off's - money hungry ______ Fill in the blank. I wish I had read Berry Bear's review BEFORE I rented from them. They are horrible, don't want to fix anything, and then charged us when there was. And tried to make us feel like they did us a favor renting to us. This business is a joke, obviously they only care about the owners not the tenants. ALL THEY WANT IS THEIR MONEY. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE - WAIT THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE! Humans care about humans.
Scammer!!!! Beware!!!! I called this company in regards to a home for rent and I made clear to this John guy that i was on a budget and if i did not have the chance to get the house to let me know right then and he assured me i had the best chance if i paid for the apps that day because nobody that had applied for the house had givin him any monies for the apps or deposit.
