I used to work Russ and he has double standards to rent. Starting with security deposit which some customer had to pay three months plus the first month. That was illegal at the time. Repairs also had some people first served. Also you had to see the Planada houses on Haskell St. Little or no repairs alleging that this houses or apartment were like a 5 star hotel for the mexicans whom he said the lived and slept on ground ranch. I'm currently renting a house from this place and was told that new carpet would be installed. Now that it's been months and many phone calls and office visits they took a small step forward in action. Stating an estimate for new carpet will be scheduled. Not to mention--my rent will go up $50 because new carpet is more of a want than a need!! Is this even legal? #Pissed
