Russ did a great job selling my house in Seattle. He was attentive, responsive, supportive--helpful in every way. From the beginning, he guided me through the selling process--assessing home value, looking at calendar, and overseeing home repairs and inspections; one very big job involving sewer repair was quickly addressed and remedied, a big relief! Russ was an invaluable asset and resource in the preparation and sale of our parent’s property. He had extensive experience and knowledge and was very communicative with us. What would have taken a year for our family to accomplish, he did in 4 months. Russ navigated the repair and preparation of the home and got it ready to list in time for the opportune window. He handled everything from start to finish wonderfully for us. Would highly recommend.
Russ was amazing to work with as we sold our house. He was extremely knowledgable, frank, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. He met with us many times in person and on the phone over several months as we crafted a selling strategy, and he was readily available to answer questions and offer guidance throughout the process. We can't recommend him enough!

Whether it was open houses, chasing down details, keeping us updated, or just checking in to make sure we were feeling good about everything, he was always one step ahead. We highly recommend working with Russ!!!
