We highly recommend working with Russ!!! We recently just sold a home and closed on a new one in Seattle/Magnolia, with Russ serving as our agent for both. Simply stated, Russ is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. Russ knows the area better than anyone. He's honest, an awesome communicator, and knows the in's and out's of regulations/laws/etc. His multi decade experience is invaluable and he always made us feel like his most important client!
Russ did an amazing job negotiating for my wife and I. We told him what we were looking for, and when he came back with the seller's counteroffer, we were initially inclined to accept it. However, Russ told us he thought we could still do better and asked for permission to push back further on the seller. We nervously agreed -- but Russ was right!
