My experience has been that the sales and service departments have always helped me to solve issues on my vehicles and to fix problems with very few glitches Very well done even when I had difficult vehicle problems
After bad experiences with other dealerships (and I don't want to get too "Wilde" about it...), I would recommend Russ Darrow Milwaukee to anyone. After losing our car in the recent floods, we were scrambling for a new vehicle and staff at this location did not exploit our urgency, paying careful, patient attention to our needs. Special thanks to Jordan for his knowledge, professionalism, and authenticity. Transportation to the dealership to pick up our new vehicle was a great bonus.
UPDATE: I SENT AN EMAIL WITH FURTHER DETAILS AND I GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THE EMAIL ADDRESS WAS NOT FOUND. Sold my boyfriend a lemon. 6 months in, the car only goes in reverse. Got it towed to the dealership to find out the Transmission went out 6 months after sale. Which is a huge issue because how in the hell is the transmission out in just 6 months with less than 80k miles. Pissed...
