The staff member gentleman checking us in for service on our van was very pleasant and efficient. Your staff always educates us on matters and their suggestions for repairs or updates. The young lady that we paid prior to leaving was very pleasant as well. I enjoy getting my services done at your establishment. I like the environment and the friendly faces. I have bought a Mazda Tribute from Russ Darrow. I was told that during the month we bought our car, Russ Darrow was offering an extended warranty (through Russ Darrow themselves) that would cover the car up to 75,000 miles. Come to find out WE GOT SCREWED. They are NOT giving us that warranty and instead gave us a double warranty through a different company ONTOP of Mazda's orginal warranty.
