I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Mike Rinner. This man and his team were absolutely amazing! I have had such bad luck at other Chrysler dealers in around the area I was honestly scared to even bring my car in, I am so glad I brought it to Russ Darrow!!! My car is a 2013 I still have the original lifetime max care warranty. He worked his magic and got everything fixed (alot of things the other dealer brushed off or missed) by Thanksgiving which I am very thankful for!
