I worked with Barry Taylor at Rusnak due to a check engine light. Barry is a really nice guy. Rusnak provided a loaner when available and a rental when loaner was not available. My only complaint about Barry is that I wish he was more responsive to text messages and provided more frequent updates on the status of the service. Absolutely loved everything about the experience! Nelly was an amazing sales rep and didn’t pressure us, was very informative, attentive and very helpful. He was always willing to answer any questions and was very communicative during the entire process. Would highly recommend this location (beautiful showroom and offices!), Nelly and the EX90 that we purchased!
Some switches wouldn’t turn on lights. They replaced these faulty switches fast. Works fine now, thanks!
It was awful! I have take two different cars to this rusnak service center and both came out of the service with a grinding metal to metal sound that they definitely didn't have before. The first time it happened they got me to spends thousands to repair. This time I didn't leave lot because when I heard that awful sound again I drove right back and told them it didn't have this sound when I dropped off. I was very upset.
