Employs a pair of rude receptionists who would prefer to argue with patients instead of provide solutions to their problems. Combine that with the fact that Ruskin is a part-time dentist whose hours make it a struggle to get a timely or convenient appointment especially when you're a working parent. It's just not worth the hostility or inconvenience.
I am utterly frustrated with this facility's disregard for their agreements with dental insurance providers. After combining several smaller x-rays into one full-mouth x-ray as per the insurance terms, they inexplicably conducted another full-mouth x-ray the following year. When I questioned this, it was shockingly conveyed to me that I would be personally liable for the cost of this unwarranted x-ray.
