I am utterly frustrated with this facility's disregard for their agreements with dental insurance providers. After combining several smaller x-rays into one full-mouth x-ray as per the insurance terms, they inexplicably conducted another full-mouth x-ray the following year. When I questioned this, it was shockingly conveyed to me that I would be personally liable for the cost of this unwarranted x-ray.
