I arrived at Rushes and was welcomed by knowledgeable staff who were happy to help me. They listened to what I was looking for and asked all the right questions to help me find my dress. They took their time and didn't rush me out the door after an hour. They made sure I had found "the dress" and treated me like I was the only bride in the store
rush's bridal- wonderful experience – wow, what a wonderful experince! The staff was so helpful and patient. I dropped in on a busy saturday without an appointment but they found time to help me anyway. My sales girls was absolutley wonderful. I felt a little out of place being that I am an older bride, (50ish) but this young lady made me feel comfortable and was very enthusiastic. The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! – i'm going to keep this short and sweet. the sales woman who handeled most of my bridesmaids named Jennifer was soooooooooo rude to all of my bridesmaids. i was not able to be there, but every single one of my bridesmaids who was "helped" by her said she was snotty, unenthusiastic, and short with them. girls that normally would brush that kind of attitude off were calling me just to tell me about this attitude this girl had. I have a hard time rating this, because I had a great experience, but it was the second place I went and the first dress I tried on and knew it was the one. I also was able to buy it off the rack because it fit perfectly and needed no alterations in sizing. I was only there an hour and did not have a reason to return. Catherine
