SO HAPPY – I heard the great reviews of netbride through reviews and forum posts so I decided to reach out and see what they could do for my bridesmaid dresses. Netbride provided great service and quality dresses at a great price. My bridesmaids dresses can in within the expected delivery date and were in great condition. Large selection of gowns – They have a large selection of gowns. The customer service, though, was incredible. I would send anyone here based on how friendly and accomodating they were. You feel important coming here, in an old school way. Older people working here who have been in the business a long time, not some 16-year-old who doesn't care about her job.
Everyone that I worked at Rush's was helpful, patient, friendly, and informative. Faith was fabulous in helping me and 3 of my bridesmaids order bridesmaid dresses, and Nic was always helpful when I spoke with her on the phone.
wow, what a wonderful experince! The staff was so helpful and patient. I dropped in on a busy saturday without an appointment but they found time to help me anyway. My sales girls was absolutley wonderful. I felt a little out of place being that I am an older bride, (50ish) but this young lady made me feel comfortable and was very enthusiastic. Very polite phone and email conversations. Dresses got in earlier than expected. Appropriate resolution of miscommunication issue.
I got my wedding dress here and 6 brudesmaid dresses. They have the best selection of bridesmaid dresses in the TC area and are not pushy and don't try to make people order dresses way too big so they can alter them. Everythign was right on schedule.
