Absolutely Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Wonderful

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Absolutely, it was fantastic! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

I feel like my appointment was pointless. This was the third appointment the dentist couldnt make and I didnt know until I had driven all the way across town. The office smells of sewage and no one will give me a straight answer when I ask a question. I have even been told that procedures covered by my insurance are no longer covered. I will find another dentist. There is no call for such unprofessional behavior.

They made sure all of the questions I had were answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the super friendly! They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling like I could eat without pain and smile pretty for the camera! The office was easy to find. The dental hygeneists were the fairest in the land, bar none! Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible
