They've come to work on my house a couple of times in the past few years, at the behest of my landlord. the staff is very friendly and conversational. They're also a hard working bunch; when they replaced my water heater, Mr. Rushing endured his cat allergies for hours to ensure the work got done.
SHOUT OUT TO JOERAY FOR JUMPING OUT OF THE SHOWER, RUNNING OVER TO MOM’s TO CHECK ON SUSPICIOUS NOISE SHE HEARD. THINKING IT WAS THE AC SHE WAS ALONE & HE STAYED, TOOK THE BOX APART, DID THE TOTAL CHECK UP! Fortunately nothing was wrong! But we sure do appreciate the concern & kindness! BEST OF THE WEST!
Work was done on a leak that we believed to be a slab leak but was actually under our bath tub so I thought the cost to fix would be better. That was not the case as lines were abandoned and reconnected through the wall and took 3 hrs from start to finish and ended with a large $1500 charge. The work done was satisfactory, but the cost was excessive at what came out to $500 dollars an hour and on top of that they charged an additional $450 to patch up the sheetrock that was opened up in our laundry room and a small section i... read more

So instead of tearing up your floor, wrecking your house and making a complete mess at a minimum of $1900.00 we used our head, did a complete replacement of the line (so not just patching) and all we had to do is open the Sheetrock and you're unhappy?! No good deed goes unpunished. I'll be happy to reduce your bill and refer you to another plumbing company if you'd like?

We have used Joe Rushing for several years. They have worked on my HVAC and Plumbing and have always done a great job! They are dependable and trustworthy. All of the Office Staff and Technicians are very friendly and helpful!
Kudos to both Summer and Cory. We had what appeared to be a leaking A/C unit. Called and talked to Summer and she got us scheduled for next day service. Cory came out and put my moms worries at ease. Another company wanted to charge $800 for a job that Cory did for $100. He walked my mom thru the steps he was taking and made sure to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend Joe and his team for your A/C and Plumbing needs.

After a lightning strike knocked out our AC on a Friday night, JoeD' was there Saturday afternoon figuring out what happened. Part of our system was fried, and the replacement piece was not a common one. JoeD' made some phone calls and was able to find one. He was at our house Sunday around noon to get our system up and running again. We ALWAYS call Joe Rushing when we have an AC or plumbing situation. They are a great group to work with!!
