RecommendedCalled super last minute yesterday because we had a leak. They were able to work us in and fix the leak before it got any worse. We used Joe Rushing to replace the plumbing in our shower. When they came out I specifically told the guys that they were to leave it so our tile guy could just put on the hardware and they wouldn’t have to come back out. The shower head height was clearly marked on the wall, they placed it several inches higher and off center, they also sweated on caps to the end of the shower and faucet pipe so that they would have to be paid to come back out. Also, we collected because we were told the tile guys would put trim on. You were quoted $100/hr but they got done quicker because of a helper but upon complaint you were refunded helpers rate. Competent problem assessment. Clarity of communication. Reasonable fee structure. We were concerned we had a leak. They promptly scheduled a visit, inspected the situation with pipe camera, found no leak and advised on the situation. Highly recommend their service and will definitely call again! We have used them several times over the years and they are always willing to come out almost anytime we need them for anything. The most recent time they rescued us was when our A/C unit went out. Great service today, repaired hot water heater in less than 1 hour. The technician went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he clean up his mess, he cleaned up some of mine... LOL.
