This isnt just a case of them not being the besttheyre honestly the worst in our area.Just wanted to give you a heads-up. Please open your eyes to whats really happening. Their performance is beyond disappointing, and the level of work is completely unacceptable. ****
This is one of the worst companies to work for. The owners are disrespectful and frequently humiliate their employees. They overwork their staff, providing no breaks or lunches, and consistently belittle their efforts. Employees are treated as though they are expendable, with little to no regard for their well-being or dignity.

John at Rusher spent the time and effort to find the leak on the roof on the unit and not only repaired it but repaired our controls in the building as well!
