Worst auto experience of my life. I had too take my truck in and lave it all day on 3 separate occasions to get a tow hitch put on. They had lots of excuses but that was about it. On the third trip after telling them I was not coming back again they had the mechanic stay late and finish the job. I brought the truck in at 7 AM that morning and went to pick it up at 5 PM and was not able to leave till 8:45 PM.
Rowdy is always satisfactory in everything we have him work on. He is our first call!!!!
Your parts counter should be open on Saturday....trucks dont know not to break down because you don't open!
These gentlemen are awesome from start to finish! Cody does an awesome job with quoting and explaining the quotes he sends to me, he is very professional at all times! Rowdy comes out and performs the jobs ,does it right the first time. I really can't say enough good things about Rowdy ,he's one of the best Technicians around. Rowdy stays busy , so this morning they sent Jesse out to do some repairs, trust me he didn't disappoint. He was very professional with a good work ethic. Thanks gentlemen!
