What a shock, I went to parts counter asked for part and my vin, was surprised when the gentleman advised me he couldn't help me, I looked at him and said, you're kidding me right? He said no that they were a international dearlership, Really, were I come from rush is a peterbilt dearlership, I was shocked, but the gentleman did locate the part for me at a peterbilt dealer close by, thank you, I guess I need to ask next time u call a Rush Truck Center, need to ask what kind they are, too bad on there web app, it doesn't spec... read more
This is the absolute worst place to buy a truck from. my husband and I bought a 2012 freightliner from them started the process at the end of January. I️t is now March 12th and he has literally drove the truck 3 times. We were told over and over that an oil leak on the truck was repaired. After putting I️t again in the shop this last time Rush refused to pay to fix the oil leak they told us time and time again that was fixed. My husband has lost so much money due to them. DONT BUY A TRUCK FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
