I used this place many times before, and unfortunately I had problems almost every visit because of the unprofessional staff at this location. Back then, they at least had a good General Manager who kept the team organized and made sure customers were taken care of. Now they have a new General Manager, and it honestly feels like he stays in his office and blindly trusts employees instead of listening to customers. Cecilia helped me understand the FordPass app, thoroughly explained all its features, and answered all my questions. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to use the app effectively. Brought 2019 peterbilt truck in for steering wheel alignment. They made it worse. I don't have time for this. We bought the truck BRand new from Rush in Texas with steering wheel out of alignment for some reason!!
