What an experience. Spent 2 nights sleeping in our ambulance out front so we didn't have to find another place to stay, and their hospitality is UNMATCHED. I think I drank 8 cups of coffee over the 2 full days we spent troubleshooting. Justin fixed the back airbags so fast, they sourced the best priced parts, and they set us up in their break room/ loft that had amazing air conditioning. What a change from sweating in the park waiting for work to be done like the last breakdown. Would break down here again.
Paid $292.12 to replace a coolant hose Start leaking after couple hrs
Upon arrival at Durango CO, engine warning light came on. Directed to call Rush Truck Center in Farmington, NM and Justin Ertle tried to resolve problem over the phone. He ended up driving over 50 miles from Farmington to solve our problem….on a Saturday! He was able to fix our problem and updated diagnostics. He took the time to educate us on engine issues with our motor home. I have never experienced such dedication when i needed help with repairs. Justin and Rush came to the rescue!
