Liftgate Woes I'm a non-cdl box truck driver. There was an issue with the liftgate on the box truck I use and arrangements were made at this location for it to be looked at and repaired. The Rush rep named Brian was steadfast with assistance and information. Informed the company and I that the repairs could be completed between 48-72hrs, and the necessary parts for the liftgate were onsite. Repairs were paid for and done within 48hrs.
