LESS THAN A 1. I took my 2018 F-550 to Rush for an alignment after replacing tie rod ends. Today is day 4 waiting for my truck. My truck is equipped with a monitoring system (Samsara). I am told by Rush my truck is being worked on. The monitoring system indicated this truck has not been started or moved since the 28th. I am sick of the lies from these people. I would never recommend taking anything to them. Rush IS A JOKE!!!!

The person who drives this truck lives above me and tortures me constantly by dropping heavy items on the floor above me at all hours of the day and night. Don't think I would want to have a person like that to work on my vehicle.

Worst customer service ever, all the way from sales to service, when you looking to spend thousands of dollars on a used truck there are things you want to make sure are in good working order, when you ask for service records, and if all the campaigns have been completed prior to purchase and you get nothing but the run around. You make them aware of an oil leak and they tell you if you put money down it will be taken care of, no it should be done prior to me putting money down.
