I rectify my previous comment. Less than a year ago my truck was repaired under Paccar warranty, the first time it was the agr cooler, the second time under warranty they put in a block and a new head and after a month it failed and they told me that the Paccar factory put the gasket in backwards and then another gasket and then they sent a Paccar engineer from the state of Texas and he agreed to change the turbo because in one of their tests the turbo was damaged and in "good faith work" they decided to return part of the m... read more
Best Rush dealer on the west coast we checked in at exactly 7am and they got us out the same day 3:30pm the customer service was excellent the overall being there was great the mechanic’s were outstanding I hope to never be in a shop again but if it happens I hope it’s here I would most definitely recommend this rush center to fellow drivers out there just keep in mind it’s a small shop so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a 53 footer into their yard lol.
