For at least the third time since going drive-thru only at the new location near Platt Springs Rd I got home to find 1/3 of my order missing. Happened again tonight and I'm out $8.60 for a 2 pc/breast basket that wasn't put in the plastic bag handed to us. You need to check your drive-thru orders a lot better. I called the location and it went directly to voicemail. The downtown Lexington location is so much more careful than the new one. I want a refund of what was missing.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner tonight. The young girl that took our order was obviously fairly new. She tried her best to fill out your order form (which is obvious she was not trained how to use). She was corrected by someone in the kitchen. No big deal. What was a big deal was that some of the rest of the staff ( which were many and most of them were just standing around and doing nothing) started making a big deal about it and laughing about it. I would like to thank Ray Wise for reaching out to me & correcting our bad experience. We enjoyed a wonderful meal on his behalf & it definitely proved that was a one time bad experience for us. Thank you for the excellent service recovery & showing us that Rushs still has got amazing food! I was highly disappointed with the quality of food received when we visited on Saturday 8/29. Second time going to the Lexington restaurant on Main St in a couple of weeks. What’s going on with the chicken wings? They are half the size now, tough and look old. They don’t even taste like the good tasting, well seasoned Rush’s chicken anymore. Quality is lost.
