My wife and I stopped in for dinner tonight. The young girl that took our order was obviously fairly new. She tried her best to fill out your order form (which is obvious she was not trained how to use). She was corrected by someone in the kitchen. No big deal. What was a big deal was that some of the rest of the staff ( which were many and most of them were just standing around and doing nothing) started making a big deal about it and laughing about it. RecommendedThis is a kind review. Your food was absolutely delicious today. the fries were absolutely a good starter with the perfect amount of salt and crunch. the burger.....omg....had the perfect amount of mayo, lettuce and cheese to make it perfect. it really was a perfect, simple cheeseburger. and the slaw, the ultimate palate cleanser. This may cause a stir in my marriage but I'm in love. <3
Great fried chicken. Moist and tasty. It is as good as any chicken chain restaurant.
Really need to work on the soggy bun problem nothing like getting home and can't eat it because of that. Happened more than once recently.
I love the fried chicken but EVERY time I go they tell me it's a 10 minute wait for white meat chicken (even when I call ahead and order I have to wait). I was in the chicfila drive thru for 10 Mins watching rushes and not 1 person went in or was in drive thru at that time. I was making a bet that when I go there next to order there will be a 10 min wait and there was. Even when they're not busy there is a wait. Ridiculous!
Good burger for the price and fast friendly service.
